You can actually get your suits tailored to fit like this; however, you wouldn’t be able to put them on unless you could dislocate your shoulders.

You know, if they actually made suits with sleeves that could button in the areas with the clips they’d be quite pretty. But of course, that might ruin the whole suit and tie aesthetic.
